And here's Rotor having a seat. I think I've only drawn Rotor like...... twice before in my life. 
Mainly because he's such a different shape than the other characters I usually draw, but I gave him a really big head as per my style. D'oh!
As for the title, it's sort of a reference to the dopey purple, fish-eating Rotor from the pilot episode of SatAM, who I think never appeared again after. Sonic asked Rotor and Tails something and Rotor was like "Daaaa nope nope nuh uh.. duurrr.." I'm sort of glad they changed his mannerisms but I like the bright purple and yellow color scheme from that version of him.
Anyway, here he is!
